    Position Overview

    As a Sales Leasing Professional at Ashford Communities, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our organization. Your main objective will be to attract and retain residents who match the vibrancy and uniqueness of our community. From leading property tours to assisting with lease agreements, your role is essential in ensuring our residents feel appreciated, valued, and thrilled to be part of Ashford Communities. The satisfaction of helping residents discover their new homes and contributing to their comfort and safety will bring a sense of fulfillment and pride to your work.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Conduct property tours with potential residents, highlighting the distinctive features and amenities of our communities.
    • Assist potential residents throughout the leasing process, offering exceptional customer service from initial inquiry to lease signing.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective residents, exceeding their expectations and needs.
    • Collaborate with the property management team to create and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract new residents.
    • Keep abreast of market trends and competitor analysis to position Ashford Communities as a preferred choice for prospective residents.
    • Organize and host monthly social events and resident gatherings to promote a sense of community and connection among our residents.

    • Effective sales skills and a talent for closing deals.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Proficient in leasing software, Microsoft Office, and related tools.
    • Innate drive to be competitive, take initiative, and possess a high level of perseverance to remain motivated and engaged.

    Preferred Experience

    • Prior sales experience
    • Fluency in both English & Spanish – advantageous
    • Previous leasing experience, preferably in the multifamily property management sector.
    • Familiarity with property management software and CRM systems.
    • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
    • Understanding of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
