    Marquette University Law School invites applications for a member of our clinical faculty to join us beginning the academic year.

    The position will focus on alternative dispute resolution with a particular emphasis on restorative justice and have responsibility to teach courses such as Alternative Dispute Resolution, Interviewing and Counseling, Restorative Justice Workshop, and Restorative Justice Clinic.

    Candidates should have distinguished records of professional achievement as well as a commitment to, and potential for, excellence in teaching.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Teaching law school courses, supporting (through teaching, writing, and community engagement) the work of the Law School's Andrew Center for Restorative Justice and its faculty director, and serving the school, university, and profession.

    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    Must have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, with a strong preference for individuals with teaching experience in experiential learning at the law school level.
