    As a Client SSD Business Manager at Micron, in the Storage Business Unit (SBU), you will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide valuable insight to decision-makers relating to Micron's non-volatile product lines.

    The role will include; tracking performance on established metrics, generating reports, and collecting and analyzing data as it relates to business plans, forecasts, and opportunity pipelines.

    You will work closely with product line management, product marketing, finance, business operations, sales, and upper management.

    Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
    Manage & Maintain Long Term Demand Forecasts + Build and manage forecast models in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Upper Management + Manage monthly forecast process and present outputs to the Sales and Marketing leadership teams + Work with Business Intelligence team to contrast and align market forecast models with marketing and customer forecasts + Analyze internal forecast inputs from multiple collaborators and highlight any disconnects and discrepancies + Consolidate data outputs, interpret into meaningful and actionable information that can be applied to drive alternative solutions and recommended courses of action Maximize the P&L + Analyze performance to plan results and provide recommendations for improvement + Work with Business Operations team to manage the financial impacts of inventory and future supply considerations to support customer demand + Build and maintain various business analytics and reports on products, customers, and business opportunities to improve revenue + Work with Finance and Product Line Management to provide financial analysis of product alternatives + Participate in the development of the business plan, highlight business plan risks, and make recommendations and/or decisions that support business objectives Develop, Measure, and Optimize Business Processes + Build, define, and implement business processes that support business unit objectives + Serve as a leader with vision in the development of business solutions + Work with the Marketing Director to prioritize team issues and projects + Help identify headcount needs and consult on hiring decisions + Provide financial data to Marketing and Pricing teams to ensure profitable and competitive pricing + Perform ad hoc support of Operations and Finance team initiatives

    Minimum Qualifications:
    + 7+ Years experience in business analysis or related experience in high tech field + Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Word. Cognos skills are plus + Comfortable with changing priorities, ambiguity, and compressed deadlines Apply today The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is: $87, $211,000.00 Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
