- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Interim Controller conducts financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Interim Controller collaborates with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide support during audits and tax filings.
- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Controller or similar role in the real estate industry.
- An Interim Controller with proficiency in Yardi or similar real estate management software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
