- They are dedicated to innovation, quality, and excellence in all aspects of their operations.
- As they continue to evolve and expand, they are seeking a skilled and experienced Interim Controller to join the team and ensure the seamless integration of the newly acquired entity into their financial systems and processes.
- Conduct a comprehensive review and analysis of the acquired software company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial systems and processes, identifying and implementing improvements as needed.
- The Interim Controller oversees day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with GAAP.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Interim Controller provides leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior management, offering insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making and drive business growth.
- The Interim Controller must have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA PLUS.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles, with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in financial software applications and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
