SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Fox Chapel, PA

We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Accountant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining comprehensive financial records. As a Senior Accountant you will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting operations and contributing to the overall success of our company.

OVERVIEW OF THE SENIOR ACCOUNTANT ROLE:

Perform full-cycle bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely payment of invoices.
Process employee expense reports and maintain proper documentation.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow projections as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE SENIOR ACCOUNTANT:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Software exposure to Sage Intact and Procore (preferred).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of construction industry accounting practices and regulations is a plus.
