    Job Title:
    Regional Sales Manager – West

    (California, Arizona)

    Location:
    Remote - preferred to be located in the region

    Travel Required:
    Moderate within the Region and to our HQ in Niles, IL

    Key Requirements:
    We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualities and qualifications:
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    Strong organizational abilities.
    Experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, particularly in the confectionery sector, is highly preferred.
    A minimum of 7 years of qualified sales experience required.
    Proven experience in managing both Seasonal and Everyday Sales Cycles is ideal.
    Proficiency in Broker and Customer Relationship Management.
    Strong negotiation skills.
    Experience in managing and keeping CRM up to date meticulously.
    Proficient in backend management of chargebacks and sell-through performance.
    Ability to work independently, proactively, and collaboratively within the entire enterprise.
    Excellent follow-up skills.
    Positive outlook and attitude.


    Responsibilities:
    As Regional Sales Manager your role will include, but not be limited to, the following:
    Delivering exceptional customer service to a prestigious group of retailers.
    Conducting customer education through presentations of strategies and regular meetings.
    Collaborating with our management and supply chain teams to establish and exceed sales goals for the region.
    Managing customer expectations to maximize sales revenue and consistently meet or surpass corporate-set objectives.

    Maintaining excellent communication with existing and new broker relationships and executing on guidance provided in order to meet buyer expectations.

    Forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals.
    Assisting sales support and customer service personnel in their order processing and fulfillment techniques.
    Developing comprehensive growth plans for both the short and long term.
    Reviewing and managing regional expenses, recommending improvements for efficiency.
