    Technical Product Manager (Healthcare AI Platform)

    Position Overview:


    We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and a proven track record of successfully launching innovative products for large health systems.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, extensive experience working in Health Tech companies, and a passion for leveraging AI to revolutionize healthcare delivery.

    As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and spearhead the development of our next-generation healthcare technology products.


    Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
    Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, designers, and clinicians to develop and deliver high-quality healthcare AI solutions.
    Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic initiatives.
    Drive the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
    Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
    Work closely with customers and end-users to gather feedback, validate product features, and iterate on product designs.
    Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare technology, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners.
    Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive product adoption, retention, and growth.
    Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to inform product strategy and roadmap.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

    6+ years of experience working in Health Tech companies, with a proven track record of successfully launching products for large health systems.

    Experience with SaaS products integrated into Electronic Health Records (EHRs), such as Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth.
    Strong technical background with expertise in software development, AI/ML technologies, and healthcare IT standards.
    Experience with Generative AI/LLM (Large Language Models) is highly desirable.
    Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive consensus among stakeholders.
    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.
