    About the Role
    We're looking for a Product Manager to own the patient experience from first visit to discharge at Rula.

    Building a reliable and delightful patient experience is core to Rula's success and will directly improve the lives of tens of thousands of patients and their families.

    This role's scope includes making it easy to manage scheduling and billing, helping patients find the perfect care team, supporting clinical quality programs, and more.

    Success as the Patient Experience PM looks like delivering high-quality features that measurably improve patient satisfaction and experience in care.

    This is a highly cross-functional role where you will have dedicated design and engineering counterparts and partner closely with our clinical quality, patient operations & strategy and support teams.

    Required Qualifications
    2+ years of experience in a dynamic Product Manager role

    Demonstrated experience collaborating across multiple functions to leverage stakeholders' subject matter expertise and unique lens on your customers

    Demonstrated experience working directly with customers and believe there is no such thing as "too much" customer feedback

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications
    You have product management experience in consumer-facing software or marketplace software organizations.

    Interest in improving the state of behavioral/mental healthcare in the United States

    You have experience working in a fast-paced environment

    Sincere empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experience

    Experience shipping product experiences that measurably improve key business and customer metrics
