Do you have previous practical experience as a telephone operator, enjoy interacting with people, work independently and with a service-oriented mindset, and can keep a cool head even when faced with a high workload?

Hansaklinik Dortmund is currently seeking
telephone operators (m/f/d) to join their dedicated team as soon as possible, either full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours/week).

Your responsibilities

Handling appointment requests (via email and telephone)
Telephone management
Independent, responsible, and structured work approach
General administrative work and office tasks

Your profile

Practical experience in the administrative field/secretariat/telephone, preferably in a medical practice or hospital
Openmindedness, friendliness, politeness, and enjoyment of working with people are essential to us
Fluent in German
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
