Your tasks:

You support our Product Consulting team in their daily work and occasionally take on tasks within customer projects, such as creating websites and landing pages
In response to customer inquiries, you make adjustments in CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
You are responsible for documenting project progress in our project management tool
You assist our onsite team with data integration between online registration and onsite solutions
You are responsible for configuring, testing, and shipping hardware (e.g. scanners)
You support our customers with onsite (including setup and dismantling) and remote access management
You actively participate in projects to optimize processes and contribute your own ideas and suggestions

Your profile:

You are currently enrolled in at least 3 semesters at a university and ideally studying (business) informatics or a similar/comparable subject
You are available to work 1620 hours per week
You have a strong interest in IT and are comfortable using different programs or willing to learn new software
You have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and are eager to expand your skills
You have a serviceoriented mindset, strong communication and teamwork skills, and enjoy
