in a DFG-funded third-party project on the topic of "Quantification of river incision and uplift in the Rhenish Massif through dating of fluvial terraces using cosmogenic nuclides".
Your tasks:
- Participation in the abovementioned project. The research work includes geological field work, sample collection and preparation, work in the geochemical laboratory, and data analysis.
- The position also involves conducting a doctoral project.
- Presentation of project results at national and international conferences.
- Publication of project results in international scientific journals.
Our expectations:
- A university degree (Master's degree) in geosciences or geography (with a focus on physical geography) is required.
