    Description
    Our Client, a Infrastructure for the future of real estate, is seeking an Head of Lender Partnerships



    Location: New York, NY/ Hybrid
    Position Type: IT Full Time

    Responsibilities:
    • going to be working with all tier 1 and tier 2 banks - working with a lot of Managing Director level folks & VPs, people that oversee ABS (Asset-backed securities)
    • Help develop relationship - get them to approve them to work on customer accounts & sell platform into banks
    • Will be a phased approach, very relatinoship driven role- build relationships, get approval, and eventually build and sell product into banks directly
    • Could take 3 months to 1 year
    • Closing isnt really about money for this person - they are a broader part of the revenue
    • Much more about closing the bank, getting the approval would be the win, then could work on other proptech customers
    • Client leadership already has a lot of relationships, a lot of approvals from the credit space, a16z backing them - have connections there too
    • For ex- talking to CEO of Atlas tonight (an appollo company)
    • Massive network in the space
    • This person will faciliate relationships & build
    • Take over some relationships and focus on new ones
    • KPI's: Getting 1 or 2 lender approvals/new banks after a quarter given they already have momentum- then its about how do we go deeper over time, partners that refer them to prop tech companies- lot about evolution

    MUST HAVES:
    • Startup experience in some capacity, witnessed some kind of scale
    • Worked in the finance space and sold directly into those institutions
    • Pavalia ,insight, databricks - examples - all sell into FinTech
    • Don't just want big bank experience
    • Proven ability to navigate & close complex sales cycles
    • Ability to build relationships
    • Based in NYC - Because its all face to face relationships- Every bank is in NY
    • Ability to help develop the product alongside the Product Managers/ give them feedback from clients
    • Not just a selling role- true autonomy - -ability to build platform with the team
    • Outgoing, personable

    NICE TO HAVES:
    • Direct connection in the ABS- asset backed securities
    Salary Range: $150,000 - $300,000
