    Our client was founded in 2017 by veteran solar sales and finance professionals dedicated to helping customers get the most out of solar energy. They pride themselves on delivering our customers and inventors with the simplest and most affordable path to energy savings.

    About this Opportunity:
    Seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Account Manager. In this position you will drive sales with current and upcoming EPC partners, helping homeowners utilize our clients' products to purchase solar and battery systems. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients, improving relationships between our client and EPCs, addressing ad hoc questions, and implementing scalable strategies to improve account management efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of solar sales, excellent communication and persuasion skills, and flexible disposition to prioritize the highest impact actions at any given time.

    Responsibilities:
    • Lead the onboarding process for new EPCs, ensuring a smooth transition into our client's systems and tools.
    • Ensure new EPCs are set up on all our client's tools and platforms.
    • Provide comprehensive onboarding/training sessions to EPCs, introducing them to our client's product, pricing, tools, and underwriting requirements.
    • Ensure that all training is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for EPCs and Sales orgs, addressing inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses.
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our clients' offerings to effectively assist clients with any questions or concerns.
    • Work Cross functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and communication to clients.
    • Continuously evaluate and optimize account management processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
    • Identify opportunities for automation and technology integration to streamline account management workflows.
    • Provide insights into client needs to Tech and Underwriting to improve deal flow.
    • Vet prospects and send out EPC agreement once vetted. If needed resend and/or make changes to existing agreements and send out.
    • Generate Residential PPA and commercial PPA's through webform.

    Competencies
    • 1+ year Proven experience in account management, preferably in the renewable energy or finance industry.
    • Strong understanding of solar finance concepts and industry trends.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently from a home office.
    • Familiarity with Zoho CRM software is a plus.

    Compensation and Work Environment
    • Independent Contractor with base salary– based on experience with bonus and Incentives for meeting and exceeding goals. Average first year between 60-70K.
    • Room for growth for top performers.
    • Physical setting is remote, ideal candidates will be in Mountain or Central Time zone.
    • Schedule: Flexible Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.
