    Join the AWS Real Estate Team at Amazon Web Services (AWS)!

    Are you a talented professional interested in supporting the expansion of AWS's Data Center Network in the U.S.? We are looking for someone to operate on both strategic and tactical levels alongside a team of experts.

    If you're a strategic thinker with a technical background who can effectively communicate and guide AWS's vision for development, this role is for you.

    Working with land owners, developers, attorneys, and consultants, you will be responsible for navigating real estate entitlements to acquire and develop new data centers. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure sustainable growth in line with community values.

    Key job responsibilities include:

    • Assist in developing site plans for new data centers
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve Real Estate department goals
    • Work with crossfunctional teams to manage project schedules and budgets
    • Lead strategy and transaction management from site selection to closing
    • Build and lead teams to support long-term Real Estate development
    • Contribute to the improvement of AWS's development strategies
    • Some travel may be required

    About the team:

    At AWS Infrastructure Services, we own the design, planning, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We handle the most challenging problems and are looking for talented individuals to join our diverse team.

    If you have a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields, along with experience in real estate development and site due diligence, you might be a great fit for this role. A Master's Degree and understanding of the Data Center industry are preferred qualifications.
