    Business Growth Specialist

    About the Role

    Integra FEC is a respected forensic data analytics company specializing in expert analysis and consulting solutions for detecting fraud in financial markets, crypto ecosystems, and healthcare environments. Our efforts in investigations, legal cases, and enforcement procedures related to securities and financial misconduct play a crucial role in bringing justice to those affected.

    We are on the lookout for a Business Growth Specialist with experience in overseeing sales cycles or a business development capacity focused on selling software and/or consulting services.

    More Details about the Role:

    1. Identifying, Engaging with, and Expanding New Clientele in Untapped Markets:

    • Perform thorough market research to pinpoint potential clients and explore new markets.
    • Devise and execute strategies to engage with and convert prospective clients.
    • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and opinion leaders.

    2. Supervising a Process to Foster Existing Relationships and Boost Referrals:

    • Create and execute a system for nurturing ongoing client relationships.
    • Spot opportunities to increase referrals from current clients.

    3. Crafting and Managing an Outreach Calendar:

    • Develop and maintain a schedule of outreach initiatives like events, direct contact,
    • and other methods.
    • Track and assess the effectiveness of outreach efforts, adjusting strategies as required.

    4. Generating Opportunities to Showcase Leadership in the Industry:

    • Devise and implement plans for speaking at conferences, hosting webinars, and other
    • thought leadership activities.
    • Find avenues to demonstrate Integra's expertise and capacities.

    About You:

    • You possess 1-3 years of experience in sales/business development.
    • You are recognized for your strong work ethic, focus, passion, and commitment.
    • You have a keen interest in technology and associated services, effectively communicating
    • the value to potential clients.
    • You are driven by purpose, inquisitiveness, insightfulness, and perceptiveness.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Experience in engaging clients within state and federal government entities is advantageous.
    • Solid analytical abilities and the capacity to translate data into informed business decisions.
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
    • Capability to operate both independently and collaboratively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
    • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
    • Previous experience and training in sales roles at firms like Dell, Oracle, Netsuite,
    • or similar tech companies is beneficial.
