- Ensures alignment of product features and prioritize user stories in line with product vision and in support of the business needs.
- Drives sprint and release plans together with the Scrum Master and organizational technology teams.
- Follows a results-oriented, clear vision of product and communicates effectively to key partners and the rest of the team.
- Presents the Affordable Housing Strategy and Housing Insights & Solutions business vision as the principal contact, subject matter expert and product leader.
- Ensures customer focused design to deliver a scalable product
- Conducts product experimentation in market using tools such as Google 360 Analytics tool. Performs tracking and reporting to learn how loan officers use the platform.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 12-15 years of experience in Financial services industry, preferably mortgage
- Experience with agile product development, user centered design concepts and tools such as customer journey mapping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving thought processes
- Ability to understand strategy and apply them to day-to-day decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present sophisticated ideas in a clear, concise manner to technical, non-technical and senior level management audiences
- Strong ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate impacts
- Analytical ability to measure the velocity, capacity, and value of teams' contributions
- Sense of ownership

Position Overview:
The Product Owner – Manager role in the SF Product Delivery department will support the Client & Community Engagement team. This role helps Affordable Housing Strategy and Housing Insights & Solutions teams realize their business goals, by providing product vision for new products as well as product improvement strategy.
