Responsibilities:


  • This role provides technical and management leadership on significant tasks or technology assignments, setting goals and devising plans that align with project objectives. The individual possesses domain expertise and advanced technical knowledge in areas such as cloud migration and Azure native services, and DRUPAL content management system.
  • Develop and maintain using modern development practices such as Agile methodologies and DevSecOps principles. Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to identify business requirements and design solutions that meet those requirements.
  • Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of the solutions designed and implemented.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other members of the technical team.
  • Additionally, the role provides communication to stakeholders within AmeriCorps. It also involves providing analysis, integration, planning, and facilitation support to Product Owners and Portfolio Managers.
  • Lastly, the role supports the development and management of dashboards in Agile Lifecycle Management System (ALMS) tools such as JIRA, Agile Craft, and helpdesk tools like ServiceNow.

Education/Experience Requirements:


  • Drupal Solutions Architect with 10 years of experience that includes handson software engineering activities, such as testing, integration, DevSecOps or software architecture.
  • Strong proven experience in architecting infrastructure technologies and services including Azure Cloud native services, integration with third party products.
  • Hands-On experience with working opensource search engines Elasticsearch or Solr.
  • Technical Lead experience at Federal project with knowledge and understanding of the Drupal, Azure and AI/ML
  • Azure certification preferred.
  • Background must include experience interfacing and presenting to senior client management including Clevel executives.

Clearance:


  • US Citizen or permanent residency, with ability to obtain a clearance of Public Trust and maintain a minimum favorable active security clearance investigation level of Tier 4 (T4) per OPM Position Designation System.
