    Job Title: Restaurant District Manager

We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding restaurant group dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences to our customers. With six successful restaurants and counting, we take pride in delivering delicious cuisine, outstanding service, and a vibrant atmosphere. We're seeking a dedicated and results-driven Restaurant District Manager to join our team and help us continue our growth and success.

    Job Description: As a Restaurant District Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction of our restaurants within your designated area. You will be responsible for overseeing the performance of multiple locations, working closely with restaurant managers, and implementing strategies to achieve business goals. This role requires a strong combination of leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurants within your area, including staffing, inventory, financial performance, and customer service.
    • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality control and ensure a clean, safe, and inviting environment for customers.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to attract and retain customers.
    • Foster a positive and motivated work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and a commitment to excellence.
    • Devotes the majority of working hours to overseeing restaurant settings, ensuring operational efficiency, and providing guidance and mentorship to Store Managers to help the company achieve its objectives.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Restaurant Area Manager, District Manager, or similar role in the restaurant industry.
    • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor and develop restaurant managers and staff.
    • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Flexibility to travel between restaurant locations within the designated area.
    • A passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
    • A college degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.

    Pay: $70, $75,000.00 per year

    Schedule:

    • Tukwila, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
