- Promote Sarnafil roofing systems and services to retail and strategic building owners.
- Identify and cultivate new accounts aligning with the Business Plan.
- Coordinate sales activities with regional management and territory representatives.
- Oversee project opportunities and liaise with regional teams.
- Act as the primary contact for key accounts, utilizing sales teams for local project servicing.
- Develop and execute strategic account programs and pricing.
- Build relationships with decision-makers, consultants, specifiers, and contractors.
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous sales experience in a corporate setting
- Preferably sales experience in the roofing industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective presentation skills
- Highly motivated, persuasive, and persistent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes
- Ability to travel 40-60% of the time

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join us in the role of National Account Sales Manager for the New England Region. As the National Account Manager, you will directly oversee the sales and marketing of Sarnafil Roofing and Waterproofing Systems to key accounts such as property developers, major retailers, and multinational firms. Your responsibilities will include nurturing relationships, collaborating with regional sales teams, and leveraging your expertise in communication, relationship-building, organization, and industry knowledge. A penchant for travel is essential in this role, reporting to the Director of Sales - National Accounts & Government.
