    Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

    Location: Hybrid role - Must come onsite in Arden Hills, MN on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Flexibility on start/end times within daytime hours, Monday to Friday.

    Job Type: Temporary with potential for permanent hire for the right individual.

    Job Purpose: The primary focus of this role is to provide complex administrative support for individuals and/or departments. Working under limited supervision, the Administrative Support Specialist will handle various administrative tasks, serve as a point of contact for customers, and anticipate and coordinate projects to meet deadlines.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, coordinating meetings/appointments, typing, faxing, ordering/maintaining supplies, arranging travel, and preparing/sorting mail.
    2. Serve as a point of contact for customers, both within and outside the organization, handling inquiries and providing information of moderate importance.
    3. Answer complex functional questions, conducting additional research and follow-up when necessary.
    4. Anticipate and coordinate projects/assignments, organize schedules, and gather data in preparation for upcoming projects.
    5. Make decisions using independent judgment under general guidelines.
    6. Translate thoughts into documents using existing material, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    7. Manage work in a confidential manner, handling sensitive information appropriately and providing guidance to peers as needed.
    8. Build quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance with quality requirements.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of administrative assistant experience
    • Recent experience working with Leadership.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
    • Experience with Concur or similar travel platforms preferred.
    • Experience in a medical device company and project management is a plus.
    Pay Details: $21.00 to $27.87 per hour
