    Description


    Fuse Specialty Appliances, a wholesale/retail distributor of high-end luxury appliances, seeks an Account Manager for our showroom that will be opening in Boca Raton, FL The individual will have or gain a high degree of expertise in the premium appliance market while learning and executing on critical CRM behaviors including prospecting, follow-up and fulfillment.

    This is a commission based role, there is no cap on earnings.


    Specific duties include:
    Meeting customers in showroom, in home/business, or on job-site to discuss and plan project requirements.
    Coordinating customer readiness to ensure product availability as well as just in time inventory management.
    Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales goals and objectives.
    Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
    Updating CRM system as well as ERP with all relevant customer interaction data

    Responsibilities
    Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
    Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
    Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
    Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
