    Digital Marketing Solutions Associate

    Pacific Time Zone Hours

    Must have experience working in a Marketing Agency

    Our client is a leader in their industry and they are seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to join a new, growing team. This person will be responsible for responding to supporting the sales team, RFPs, building proposals, using data to leverage digital assets across their portfolio and supporting the Media Division. This will also include managing the workflow process from RFP to IO.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years working with digital advertising accounts
    • Experience with Account Management
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Working knowledge of different types of media and media planning process
    • Media Agency experience required
    • Entertainment or hospitality industry experience preferred
    • Exceptional Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
    • Experience building and documenting standard operating procedures and product descriptions.
    • Ability to jump in where needed
