    Description

    We're seeking an Entry Level Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to attend client training sessions, interact with clients to understand their needs, and contribute to strategic business development plans. We believe in fostering a supportive work environment where individuals can grow and contribute to our collective success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Attend regular client training sessions to stay updated on industry trends, promotions, and product knowledge.
    • Interact with clients to comprehend their needs and deliver effective solutions.
    • Maintain accurate customer accounts, ensuring updated information.
    • Cultivate positive client relationships to bolster brand loyalty and recognition.
    • Collaborate with management to set and achieve team sales targets.
    • Contribute to crafting and executing strategic business development plans.
    • Engage in face-to-face interactions with customers for brand promotion and a positive brand image.
    • Maintain consistent communication with team members and management.
    • Provide regular updates on client interactions, market trends, and potential opportunities.
    • Aid in educating and mentoring new representatives, sharing knowledge and best practices.
    • Foster a supportive, knowledge-sharing work environment by collaborating with team members.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
    • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and clients.
    • Demonstrated time management skills and proactive attitude.
    • Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or related fields is advantageous.
