    Job Summary:


    As the Director of Associate Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the trajectory of our associates' careers.

    Your responsibilities will include crafting and executing strategies to enhance leadership, values, and technical competencies across the organization.

    From training and development to performance management and talent strategy, you will be at the forefront of cultivating a culture of continuous learning and advancement.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Team & Department Leadership (30%):

    Lead and support the Training and Development team, fostering their growth and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Position the team as strategic partners, equipped to address evolving business needs and drive individual and team performance.

    HR & Talent Strategy Management (30%):


    Collaborate with senior leadership and HR stakeholders to develop systemic strategies that align with our business objectives and cultural ethos.

    Drive talent development initiatives, including career planning and succession programs, to cultivate a robust talent pipeline.

    Training Development & Facilitation (20%):

    Oversee the creation, management, and delivery of division-specific training programs, ensuring alignment with organizational competencies. Identify and leverage external resources and partnerships to optimize training effectiveness and efficiency.

    Performance Management & Improvement (10%):

    Analyze performance data to identify root causes and design solutions to enhance human performance. Drive organization-wide talent management initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiencies and effectiveness.

    Data & Analytics (10%):

    Harness the power of data to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning. Utilize data analytics to derive actionable insights that drive individual and cohort development plans, in collaboration with HRIS management.

    This is not a remote position.

    The pay range starts at $133,000 and offers increase with experience and transferable skills.
