    Requirements:
    4+ years of experience in HR analytics.
    3+ years of experience handling compensation.
    Experince utilizing UKG


    Summary of Position:


    The HR Data and Compensation Analyst operates under the guidance of the Vice President of Human Resources, contributing to the enhancement and execution of initiatives and systems aimed at advancing HR analytics, reporting, and compensation processes.

    This position holds primary responsibility for overseeing compensation programs, encompassing analysis, research, and aiding in the establishment and upkeep of competitive pay structures and other assigned compensation endeavors.


    Position Description:


    Plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate HR policies, activities, and personnel to ensure legal compliance and alignment with the organization's mission and talent strategy.

    Manages organization-wide compensation processes, including annual merit adjustments, market assessments, leadership incentives, and employee recognition rewards.
    Offers proactive guidance to managers and HR team members on recommended compensation actions aligned with competitive market standards.
    Assists the VP of Human Resources, HR Director, and HR Senior Manager in evaluating talent management programs.

    Facilitates the optimization of talent management systems and processes, contributing to the development and implementation of improved recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and other HR programs.

    Manages HR budgeting and provides financial updates and reports to the VP and Director on spending trends.
    Collaborates with the foundation to compile utilization reports for HR reporting purposes, including data on scholarship utilization and expenses.
    Works with Foundation personnel to integrate information into the HRIS system to monitor scholarship recipients for career growth.

    Manages reporting in Excel and HRIS systems, covering metrics such as retention, turnover, time to fill, employee engagement, and cost per hire.

    Develops and maintains HR dashboards and management reports to monitor trends and address retention issues.

    Serves as an expert on HR platforms related to data analytics and assists the Benefits Manager during the annual Benefit Open Enrollment Process with data input.
