- Quality Assurance: Enforce strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards to maintain product quality and prevent contamination. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Warehouse Organization: Plan and optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and facilitate smooth product flow. Ensure that all products are stored appropriately according to their specific requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient strategies to enhance warehouse operations, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
- Coordination with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, customer service, and delivery fleet, to ensure smooth coordination and efficient operations across the supply chain.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a food or perishable goods environment.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve common goals while maintaining a positive work environment.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Our customers can subscribe to a curated Farm Box or can choose to shop à la carte. We deliver 6 days per week and are rapidly expanding in the NYC market. We have a vast and ever-changing array of fresh produce, meats, dairy, bakery, and pantry items.

We are Farm To People: a farmer's market delivery service that offers New Yorkers an expansive curation of products by local farmers and makers Our mission is to reimagine the food system by supporting small farmers and producers, all while providing customers an unmatched grocery experience. Our warehouse functions as a logistical middleman between the farms we source from and New Yorkers looking for ethically-sourced groceries, delivered.
