- Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments.
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas.
- Conduct regular inventory audits.
- Identify and report discrepancies or damaged goods.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Ensure accuracy in picking items and verify quantities.
- Generate shipping labels and necessary documentation.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Inspect outgoing shipments for quality and packaging.
- Record shipments in inventory management systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Rotate stock to prevent spoilage or damage.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish inventory as needed.
- Assist with periodic stock takes and cycle counts.
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality.
- Report any quality issues or defects.
- Follow procedures for handling hazardous materials.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in warehouse operations is a
plus. - Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with specific experience in shipping and stock management preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and barcode scanning systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and documentation.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
