What you'll do:

Directly supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Coordinate closely with warehouse staff, drivers, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination of tasks and activities, resolve issues promptly, and minimize delays or errors.
Monitor the receiving, shipping, storage, and distribution of all items in the warehouse, ensuring a smooth and consistent operation so parts and supplies are located and distributed to proper departments.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the warehouse department, implementing new procedures, tools, or technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Interface with customers to communicate order status, delivery schedules, and any issues or concerns, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

5+ years
of management experience in a warehouse environment
required.

Must be
bilingual in Spanish and English.
Interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong, assertive personality to hold our teams accountable and ensure customers are receiving our whiteglove treatment.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Must be open to occasional weekend work (as needed for coverage).
Tenacious multitasker with the ability to manage variety of responsibilities simultaneously.
Experienced in performance management and assessing skillsets.
