- Promptly address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, including processing product returns.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets across various regions.
- Manage all aspects of customer accounts, including setup, verification, and ongoing maintenance.
- Process and track orders, forms, and requests, ensuring timely fulfillment and back order reporting.

- Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours customer support and represent the company at trade shows as needed.
