- Responsible for creating and executing programs to educate and train IIM sales and Direct sales on products and services IIM provides
- Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
- Responsible for working with the Director of Solutions Architects with product or application ideas and launches, which will include executing training programs to educate and train IIM sales and Direct sales on products or applications created within the IIM division
- Responsible for creating awareness for all products and services provided by the IIM division
- Provide training and coaching in the use and application of both processes to the sales teams; identify training and development gaps and create plans to address
- Collaborate on the curriculum for ongoing training for IIM sales personnel regarding sales skills, market focus, and product knowledge; ensure all IIM resources have the skills and training to accomplish key account management, general account maintenance, and address any training gaps
- Help identify national standards for sales personnel prospecting, lead follow-up, sales call activity, account reviews, land and expand accounts and performance
- Provide effective onboarding and training programs for sales reps
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and the ability to articulate our value proposition; ability to train sales managers to implement this within the sales team(s)
- Performs other duties, as assigned
