    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee the operations of our multifamily properties within a designated region.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in affordable housing, property management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving operational excellence.

    Requirements

    Provide leadership and direction to property managers and onsite staff to ensure the effective and efficient operation of multifamily properties.

    Oversee all aspects of property management, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance, budgeting, and financial performance.
    Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction.
    Conduct regular property inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and in compliance with company standards and regulations.
    Analyze market trends and competition to develop and implement pricing and marketing strategies.
    Review financial reports and budgets regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
    Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages growth and development.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred, but not required.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with at least 2 years in a regional or senior management role.

    Strong knowledge of property management principles, leasing laws, and regulations.
    Strong knowledge of HUD Section 8, Low Income Housing Tax Credits and USDA Rural Development
    Proven track record of achieving financial goals and operational excellence.
    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Must Reside in Maryland.
