- Manages teams of environmental resource professionals to produce environmental compliance documents

- 508 Compliance experience
- Natural resource field experience including data collection and reporting
- B.S. degree or higher in a natural resources field
- An understanding of the NEPA process
- Demonstrated ability to author various environmental documents
- Team oriented and possesses a desire to learn and grow with the company
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- Strong communication, computer, analytical, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with coworkers and ability to foster professional relationships
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working at a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Must be able to travel to various (and sometimes remote) project sites
- Must be able to access and navigate job sites and construction areas
- Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. Approximately $75,000 – $105,000/year

JOB SUMMARYDJ&A is seeking a full-time mid to senior level Environmental Project Manager with 7+ years of relevant experience in natural resources or environmental policy. The ideal candidate must have experience with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), assessing environmental effects, independent NEPA documentation, analysis, and reporting. Other experience preferred includes transportation planning and permitting. The ideal candidate will have experience working on projects for state and/or federal clients as well as private clients. Must be proficient in writing and executing contract agreements with clients and subcontractors. Ideal candidate will have natural resource knowledge and have excellent technical report writing and editing skills.
