    Unio Health Partners (UHP) is a highly differentiated physician practice management platform with the goal of transforming care delivery across the Western United States. UHP partners with leading physician practices, creating a cohesive, quality-oriented clinical culture and facilitating best practice sharing across the platform. Our affiliated practices gain access to a broader suite of services, providing a meaningful benefit to both physicians and patients. UHP's best-in-class clinical program covers three sub-specialties (urology, gastroenterology, and radiation oncology) and offers numerous ancillary services, including pathology lab, in-office dispensing, and chronic care management. We are led by a highly accomplished management team and provide a full suite of management services to its affiliated practices. UHP is currently affiliated with 182 providers consisting of 119 physicians and 63 advanced practice providers operating out of 54 locations across Southern, Central, and Northern California.

    POSITION SUMMARY

    As Recruiter you are responsible for full-cycle talent acquisition including sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing qualified administrative and healthcare professional candidates. The Recruiter creates a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding processes. A successful recruiter understands how management behaviors and candidate experiences impact the hiring process and will communicate and/or escalate issues as needed. This position requires a dynamic person with who is a critical thinker with an eye for detail and the ability to work in a distributed fast paced environment.

    The ideal candidate will be located in California, preferably in the Los Angeles or San Diego areas, as occasional in-person attendance at team meetings and local job fairs may be required.

    What you will be doing

    • Serve as a recruitment expert for administrative and healthcare professionals.
    • Oversee full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
    • Utilize ATS for job postings and candidate tracking.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to craft job descriptions.
    • Conduct initial candidate interviews for pre-qualification.
    • May be assigned other duties, including working holidays, nights, or weekends, based on business needs.

    What you will bring to the team

    • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
    • Minimum 4 years of full-cycle provider recruiting/sourcing experience required.
    • Recruitment experience in a hospital or medical group setting required.
    • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills with diverse teams.

    Please note that actual pay will be determined based on the relevant experience and internal equity within the pay range.
