JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for increasing awareness of the Paul Davis brand within the Akron territory, with a strong focus on business-to-business sales.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through B2B, organized events, and cold calling.
Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits.
Manage marketing programs found on the Marketing Activity Planner (MAP).
Ensure staff uses the Paul Davis brand correctly in accordance with Brand Standards.
Utilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, and track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes.
Collaborate with the franchisor, read weekly communications, and schedule consistent meetings with the Regional Marketing Manager.Manage social media accounts, post relative content and graphics, monitor all reviews and feedback, and reply/follow up accordingly.
Attend business networking functions to promote the business.
Coordinate and manage community and charitable events.
Schedule, manage, and present Continuing Education courses.
Research local trade shows and coordinate Paul Davis booth set-up.
Attend training courses and annual conference seminars as requested.
Any other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a needed basis.
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong verbal and written communication.
Strategic thinking and planning.
Project management and multitasking capability.
Strong organizational skills.
Exemplary computer skills, i.e., Internet & Microsoft Office.
Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications degree.
Two or more years of sales and marketing experience.
Franchise, restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry experience ideal.
Professional demeanor.
Personable, presentable, articulate.
Open, cooperative, and enthusiastic.
Self-directed with exceptional initiative.
