Position: STOmics Field Application Scientist + Business Development

Location: All of Europe

Responsibilities:

  • Providing front-line support to customers for all Royalton products
  • Troubleshooting and implementing new methods to identify and solve customer problems using our products
  • Coordinating and conducting trainings at customer sites, offering technical expertise
  • Collaborating with regional commercial teams to support customers
  • Recording and documenting customer information in the CRM system
  • Joint responsibility for business development, including identifying and closing new opportunities, developing territory and business plans, and adjusting strategies for revenue growth
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with new clients in the territory, working with internal stakeholders to progress business opportunities
  • Completing other tasks assigned by team leader

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in molecular biology, biotechnology, biomedical engineering, or related field
  • Strong background in research or biotech, with experience in single-cell, spatial transcriptomics, and sequencing preferred
  • Proven project management skills and ability to lead and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
