    LHH is seeking a Project Coordinator who will be responsible for performing a variety of project support tasks under the guidance of a manager or project manager. This role involves assisting with project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. You will be instrumental in supporting project schedules, managing status reporting, and facilitating communication and meetings. Additionally, you'll track and resolve issues, and manage project risks and resources.

    Minimum Requirements:

    Proven experience with project management methodologies and the development life cycle.

    Ability to independently manage small, well-defined projects.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

    A certificate or training in Project Management is desirable.

    Exceptional attention to detail.

    Capable of working effectively with minimal supervision.

    Education and Experience:

    A Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.

    At least two years of experience in a project support role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Support the development and maintenance of comprehensive project plans, including schedules, quality measures, resources, communication strategies, and risk management.

    Assist in monitoring and controlling project activities against the project plan.

    Help manage project resources, issues, changes, and risks.

    Prepare and support the delivery of status reports and other project documentation to leadership, project teams, and stakeholders.

    Coordinate and facilitate project meetings.

    Ensure project documentation complies with organizational standards.

    Maintain the project documentation library and ensure all documents are accurately managed within project databases.

    Assist with quality assurance and reporting of project deliverables.

    Employment type: contract (5 months)

    Hours: 40 per week
