    **Customer Service Representative**

    **Location:** Mason, MI, US

    Dart Container is seeking a motivated, reliable, resourceful Customer Service Representative to join a team of more than 50 people working to deliver excellent service to our valued clients while being actively engaged with their colleagues and supervisors in our Mason, Michigan headquarters.

    At Dart, youll work in an energetic, innovative, creative environment where problem-solving is celebrated and dependability is essential.

    This job is often the first point of contact our customers have with Dart, whether theyre asking for information, placing an order or searching for product assistance. Occasionally a caller wont be in a good mood well need you to manage that Your ability to face stress head-on and see it as an opportunity to help someone is key to succeeding in this job.

    Day-to-Day Role:

    Provide exceptional customer service by taking, expediting and following up on customer orders, returns and credit and debit memos

    Communicate with customers and other departments on orders status and resolve customer issues, problem solve, research, analyze, and resolve customer issues

    Utilize multiple computer applications simultaneously to research, analyze and resolve customer issues

    Core Skills & Qualifications:

    High School diploma or equivalent

    Six (6) months of customer service experience in an office environment

    Excellent verbal and written skills, which includes strong attention to detail and accuracy

    Proven ability to utilize computer applications to retrieve information

    Proficient in Microsoft Office

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

    Six (6) months of customer service experience in a call/contact center environment

    SAP experience

    Coursework towards Associates Degree
