Our Schlossklinik in Berlin-Köpenick is one of the largest and most modern facilities for cosmetic surgery in Europe, with six operating rooms and 35 patient beds.

As part of our expansion, we are currently seeking a

Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for our Call and Social Media Center

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Inbound telephone calls
Managing voicemail
Callback service
Data entry of customer information
Scheduling and rescheduling appointments via phone
Scheduling and rescheduling consultation appointments using our inhouse booking system via email
Complaint management
Escalation management
Forwarding customer inquiries to the appropriate departments
Assisting with the management of our social media community (Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp)
