Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) Inbound
Location:
Gera
Offer:
- Permanent employment in fulltime or parttime
- Hourly wage of 13.50 euros

- 2week training in Gera (onsite)
- Possibility to work from home after consultation with the client
- Shift work between 7 am 8 pm
- 30 days of vacation
- Aboveaverage pay and holiday and Christmas bonuses
Responsibilities:
- Telephone and written customer support (inbound)
- Processing of master data, invoices, complaints, and grievances
- Product and tariff consultation
- Participation in active processing of customer requests
- Independent handling of tasks in areas such as billing, market communication, device and energy data management, etc.
Requirements:
- Training as an office communication clerk (m/f/d), call center agent (m/f/d), telephone operator (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d) advantageous
- Industry experience not required career changers are welcome
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Good communication skills in both verbal and written form
- Willingness to work shifts between 7 am 8 pm
- Flexibility, reliability, and teamwork skills
- Computer proficiency
