- Lead and mentor a team of MDM support professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to MDM products and integrations.
- Collaborate with Development, Product Management, and Sales teams to identify and address recurring issues, ensuring continuous improvement of our MDM solution.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of MDM products and best practices, staying ahead of industry advancements.
- Define and implement processes for effective issue escalation, knowledge management, and customer communication.
- Track and analyze support metrics to identify trends, prioritize improvements, and measure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential problems before they impact customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an MDM support or implementation role, with a proven track record of resolving complex technical challenges.
- In-depth knowledge of MDM platforms and technologies (e.g., Reltio MDM, Informatica MDM, SAP Master Data Governance).
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data quality best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of support professionals.
- A passion for customer success and a commitment to delivering exceptional support experiences.
- Experience with Reltio MDM is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing leadership role.
- Relevant certifications in MDM or data management.
