    As the MDM Production Support Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex technical issues. You'll lead a team of support professionals, mentor colleagues, and work closely with internal stakeholders to continuously enhance our MDM solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with deep MDM expertise who enjoys customer interactions within dynamic, fast-paced environments.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and mentor a team of MDM support professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to MDM products and integrations.
    • Collaborate with Development, Product Management, and Sales teams to identify and address recurring issues, ensuring continuous improvement of our MDM solution.
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of MDM products and best practices, staying ahead of industry advancements.
    • Define and implement processes for effective issue escalation, knowledge management, and customer communication.
    • Track and analyze support metrics to identify trends, prioritize improvements, and measure customer satisfaction.
    • Proactively identify and resolve potential problems before they impact customer experience.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in an MDM support or implementation role, with a proven track record of resolving complex technical challenges.
    • In-depth knowledge of MDM platforms and technologies (e.g., Reltio MDM, Informatica MDM, SAP Master Data Governance).
    • Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data quality best practices.
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of support professionals.
    • A passion for customer success and a commitment to delivering exceptional support experiences.

    Bonus points for:

    • Experience with Reltio MDM is highly preferred.
    • Prior experience in a customer-facing leadership role.
    • Relevant certifications in MDM or data management.
