We are seeking a Lead Generator Associate Sales Support Specialist in our Charlotte, NC area location
As an appointment/lead generator, it's your job to set-up appointments and find potential clients for the Comfort Consultant team. You're the first step in the prospecting process and Comfort Consultant team rely on your persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding potential clients.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Main role is to find the potential client. Gathering identification data from a prospective buyer for our products and services.
Daily mission is to generate excitement, increase brand awareness and set appointment for HVAC systems.
Ability to demonstrate an immediate, positive impact on sales by generating qualified leads.
Be detail oriented, outgoing, task driven and highly organized.
Discovering opportunities for our Comfort Consultant team.
Scheduling leads and setting appointments in coordination with the office staff.
Generate interest and setting appointment within a target area.
Present products, training, answer questions to the Big Box associates.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Dependable, reliable and goal driven.
Excellent Customer Service skills.
Ability to multi-task and pay attention to details.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must have the drive to achieve or exceed productivity.
Have the ability to relate and possess good people skills. .
Must be friendly and able to engage potential customers
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Be able to self-motivated, self-started and a results driven individual.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent work ethic and great communication skills, allowing them to provide top notch customer service to our customers who always come first, Must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass background and drug test.
