    We are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team. This position will work closely with the Owner and Administrative Assistant to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Applicant must have a clean background and a valid driver's license. The individual must have excellent communication skills with our general contractors and fellow employees. Candidate must be detail and quality oriented, possess strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to manage project workflow and maintain productivity.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in plumbing, maintenance, and/or another related field
    • Some project management experience.
    • Highly organized and detail oriented
    • Excellent computer and communication skills
    • Ability to operate efficiently and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ensuring projects adhere to Specs & Plans.
    • Some experience with Plumbing System Design & Code Requirements.
    • Expertise in process improvements, budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting.
    • Well versed in pre-construction, coordinating bid packages, submittals, DPOs, etc.
    • Material Quotes / Quote Comparison
    • Assist Estimator with project pricing.
