Tampa/St. Pete/Bradenton, FL

A FL based general contractor is in search of a Senior Project Manager to be based in South Tampa/Bradenton/St. Pete area.

They focus their efforts on a variety of commercial work such as office buildings, schools, retail projects, storage, banks, etc.

They have a significant backlog of projects and are hoping to add a Senior Project Manager to their team. This is a privately held, mid-size builder that has an outstanding retention rate and a family-oriented culture.

A Qualified Candidate Must Possess The Following

10+ years of experience in commercial construction
Experience managing projects of at least $5 million
Experience managing teams and multiple projects
Experience with financial responsibility, preconstruction activities, scheduling and close-out functions for the project
Ability to form strong relationships with subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field is preferred
