For over five years, we have been dedicated to our children and youth hospice service "Mutmacher" in West Lealman and surrounding areas, supporting families with a sick child or parent.

To support our hospice service, we are currently seeking a Coordinator and Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible on a permanent basis, either full-time or part-time.

Your responsibilities will include:

Actively shaping the hospice culture in our society
Providing palliative care advice to patients, families, and institutions
Coordinating and leading our team of volunteers
Collaborating, networking, and public relations
Being on call for emergencies
Administrative tasks
