WHAT TO EXPECT


In the controlling department of the German PAYBACK business, you will learn about ongoing reporting and rolling planning at the P&L level and contribute to the creation of related (management) documents.

In addition, you will support the sales teams in acquiring new PAYBACK partners or renewing contracts, including pricing, and actively participate in the development of new digital business models and key performance indicators.


The core tasks of PAYBACK Tech & Product Controlling include budget and cost control of IT and product areas, project controlling, and identifying risks/opportunities to manage and improve results in these areas.

In Business Unit Controlling, you will support our sister companies Loyalty Partner Solutions or the holding company.

You will participate in creating business cases and scenarios as a basis for strategic decisions and concrete contract negotiations and advise the respective management.
