• Delivered a wide-array of profit performance solutions during challenging turn-around and growth modes. Consequently, improved profitability of a business unit by approximately $1 billion (from a loss of $1.2 billion to a profit of $125 million) within a 2-year period on significantly declining revenue ($3.2 billion to $700 million) for Lucent Technologies Optical Networking Group.

• Drove business transformation processes at Boohoff/Alonso & Alonso Law leveraging upskilling staff, establishing best in class processes and fully implementing complex management systems. The result of these efforts increased both firms from low single digit millions to over $10M within 1 year. Developed a cadence for the business by establishing strategic planning, budgeting, results analysis and forecasting processes to support the up scaling of the business. Focused on data cleansing within the case management systems to support data driven metrics which improved the velocity of the cases with improved quality. Received significant salary increases as I demonstrated overall improvements in key operational and financial metrics.
