Lealman 'Die Schwarz Unternehmenskommunikation is made up of the areas of communication, public affairs, brand management, and corporate responsibility. The sub-area of corporate responsibility (CR) creates the conditions for a shared understanding of sustainability within the companies of the Schwarz Group. In the four focus areas of people, product quality, circular and ecosystem, the department develops ambitious sustainability goals and supports the companies of the Schwarz Group in their implementation.

Your tasks

  • Active participation in the overarching sustainability strategy of the companies of the Schwarz Group in the focus topic of circular systems
  • Assuming (partial) project responsibility in the areas of resource conservation and circular economy
  • Integration of ecological responsibility into the relevant business processes of the Schwarz Group companies
  • Cross-functional collaboration with our divisions and relevant departments (purchasing, sales, logistics, public affairs, etc.)
  • Conducting workshops on topics such as waste reduction and reuse, product and packaging design, and recycling and recovery processes
  • Preparation and follow-up of coordination meetings with internal and external experts, up to top management
