    Job Title:
    Junior Compensation Analyst

    Location:
    Remote

    Hourly Rate:
    $35.00/hr.

    As we continue to grow, we're seeking a motivated Junior Compensation Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to our success.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Conduct job description analysis to evaluate and document job roles, responsibilities, and requirements across various departments.


    Assist in requisition analysis by reviewing job requisitions, identifying compensation needs, and providing recommendations to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.


    Support the compensation team in conducting market research and analysis to determine competitive compensation rates for different roles and geographical locations.

    Assist in administering compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and other compensation-related initiatives.


    Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to provide guidance on compensation matters and ensure consistency and fairness in compensation practices.

    Participate in compensation surveys and benchmarking activities to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

    Contribute to the development and implementation of compensation policies, procedures, and guidelines.

    Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to compensation analysis and recommendations for senior management review.

    Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to compensation practices.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

    Previous internship or work experience in compensation, HR, or related areas is preferred.

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data effectively.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.

    Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    Knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations is a plus.

    Certification such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is desirable but not required.


    Pay Details:
    $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
