Our team at Paper-Analyzer, located at JetBrains, is currently developing a natural language processing tool for extracting knowledge from biomedical papers.

We are seeking a Machine Learning Researcher to join our team and contribute to this project.

We would love to have you on our team if you:

Stay updated on the latest research in deep learning and natural language processing.
Can design reproducible experiments to test your own ideas or ideas from research papers.
Have the ability to integrate experimental code into an existing codebase for use in production.
Are familiar with popular deep learning and NLP frameworks for Python, such as PyTorch, Transformers, NLTK, and spaCy.
Are eager to grow professionally and master new technologies.
Take pride in your work.

We would be especially excited if you:

Have experience training models for tasks such as named entity recognition and semantic role labeling.
Have worked with crowdsourcing or datalabeling frameworks.

Some of the tasks you will be responsible for include:

Conducting experiments for various NLP tasks, such as named entity recognition, semantic role labeling, relation extraction, and summarization.
